In my recent article, I have discuss the benefits of using empathic approaches in pull request reviews to create a positive and constructive workplace environment. It is crucial to address stress and promote collaboration to ensure the success of software development projects.

To achieve this, we can adopt several practices, such as thoroughly testing code, providing clear documentation, adhering to coding standards, and using empathetic approaches to reviews. In a recent post about how Conventional Commits improved our productivity in several projects, I outlined how it helped us and provided checklists for developers and reviewers to follow before submitting or reviewing a PR.

I would like to express my gratitude to Hassan Rezk Habib and the contributors who provided The Standard, which can be an excellent resource in this area to avoid common coding mistakes.

In addition, a comprehensive survey was conducted on the topic of pull requests and their impact on software development. The survey results offer valuable insights into developers' experiences and perceptions of pull requests, as well as suggestions for enhancing the review process.
